• Familiarity with SMS and CRM platforms for recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Answer student questions regarding courses, policies, progression, and support pathways.
• Monitor attendance and engagement; flag students needing early intervention.
• Follow NZ pastoral care and privacy regulations and protect student data privacy.
