Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is hiring for a Student Services and Experience Coordinator on a hybrid day-shift. You will support international and domestic students with courses, progression, wellbeing, and pathways, while ensuring compliance with NZ regulations and privacy rules.

You will run orientation, workshops, and career sessions; log all student interactions in SMS and CRM; and provide CV reviews and interview prep.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication for working with international and domestic students.
• Experience in student support, university administration, or education environments.
• Experience using SMS and CRM platforms for recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Answer student questions regarding courses, university policies, progression, and support pathways.
• Monitor student attendance and engagement, flagging students who need early intervention support.
• Follow New Zealand regulations (Pastoral Care Code 2021, Privacy Act 2020) and protect student data privacy.
• Run student lifecycle events, including orientation, workshops, wellbeing activities, and graduation.
• Provide basic career guidance, such as CV reviews, interview prep, and job search workshops.
• Log all student cases, interactions, and intervention notes in SMS and CRM systems.

Your role

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Understanding of New Zealand student regulations (Pastoral Care Code 2021, Privacy Act 2020, NZQA guidelines).


• Experience working in student support, university administration, or education environments.


• Strong written and spoken communication skills for working with international and domestic students.


• Experience using Student Management Systems (SMS) and CRM platforms for recordkeeping.


• Organizational skills to run student events and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Prior experience with university pathway programs, PTEs, or tertiary education providers in NZ.


• Experience handling welfare protocols and parent communications for under-18 students.


• Background in running career workshops and resume assistance for international students.


• Experience compiling student support data for internal quality audits and NZQA self-assessments.
