Manchester Worldwide Institute of Higher Education, SE Asia is seeking a commercially minded, highly organised professional to drive recruitment and admissions for part-time postgraduate programmes and executive education across South East Asia. This hands-on role combines lead generation, telesales, prospective student engagement, events and content creation to support enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, marketing, events or a related commercial role
• Experience in sales, telesales, lead follow-up and/or customer conversion
• Confident and persuasive communicator who can speak with prospective students and professionals by phone
• Strong follow-up discipline to manage a pipeline of leads
• Good event management and coordination skills
• Strong writing and content development for LinkedIn and email
• Digitally confident with social media, email and CRM/lead-management systems
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in higher education would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and admissions for part-time postgraduate programmes and executive education courses, aiming for enrolment and revenue targets
• Manage and nurture prospective student leads from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment
• Conduct proactive telesales and follow‑up calls with prospective students, providing information and addressing questions
• Respond promptly to enquiries through phone, email, social media and other channels
• Build relationships with prospective students and professionals, understanding their career and learning needs
• Maintain regular follow‑up of leads to improve conversion
• Keep accurate records of prospects, interactions, applications and follow‑up activities
• Plan recruitment activities including information sessions, open houses, webinars and events
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, email and programme communications
• Work closely with the Centre team to identify new recruitment opportunities
