Job summary

Asian Institute of Management is seeking a Student Recruitment Supervisor to support end-to-end recruitment, nurture applicants, and help convert them into enrollees. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Academic Team to meet enrollment targets and uphold AIM's standards of academic excellence.

The role focuses on delivering customer-focused service to applicants, coordinating recruitment projects and events, and representing the Institute at on/off-campus events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales or related fields; recruitment experience is a plus.
• Onsite office work with fieldwork as needed and required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Recruitment Manager in delivering recruitment and admissions services to achieve enrollment targets.
• Implement recruitment projects and events and coordinate with Academic Team to support recruitment activities.
• Support recruitment and admissions processes in accordance with AIM policies and standards.
• Provide customer-focused service to applicants, ensuring timely processing of applications and queries.
• Represent the Institute during on/off-campus recruitment events.
