Conduct proactive telesales and follow‑up calls with prospective students, providing information, addressing questions and identifying their programme needs
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through phone, email, social media and other channels
Build relationships with prospective students and professionals, understanding their career and learning needs and matching them to appropriate programmes
Maintain regular and systematic follow‑up of leads to improve conversion
Keep accurate records of prospects, interactions, applications and follow‑up activities
Plan and coordinate recruitment activities including information sessions, open houses, webinars, networking events, alumni activities and industry engagements
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, email and other professional platforms, including programme highlights, student and alumni stories, event promotions and faculty content
Work closely with the Centre team to identify new recruitment opportunities and strengthen the student pipeline
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education or a related discipline
5–8 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, marketing, events or a related commercial role
Demonstrated experience in sales, telesales, lead follow‑up and/or customer conversion, ideally in education, professional services or another consultative environment
Confident and persuasive communicator who is comfortable speaking to prospective students and professionals by phone and in person
Strong follow‑up discipline, with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospective students and move leads through the recruitment journey
Good event management and coordination skills, with experience organising information sessions, webinars, networking events or similar activities
Strong writing and content development skills, particularly for LinkedIn, email and programme communications
Digitally confident and comfortable using social media, email and basic CRM or lead‑management systems
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in higher education, professional education or executive education would be an advantage
