Job summary

Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is seeking a Student Enrollment and Sales Supervisor to support end-to-end recruitment and admissions processes, nurturing qualified applicants into enrollees. You will work onsite in Makati, coordinating with the Academic Team to reach enrollment targets and ensure a high standard of service for applicants.

The role involves delivering customer-focused service, managing inquiries, and representing AIM at recruitment events, with collaboration across programs

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales or related fields
• Experience in Student Recruitment is a plus but not required
• Onsite office work with fieldwork as needed

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Enrollment and Sales Manager in recruitment and admissions activities to meet enrollment targets
• Coordinate with Academic Team to support recruitment activities
• Deliver customer-focused service to applicants and enquirers and ensure timely processing of applications
• Represent the Institute at on/off-campus recruitment events
• Use CRM to record, monitor, and manage recruitment activities
• Support Last Intake Assessment after close of enrollment
