Qualifications

• Educational Administration experience is required.

• Proactive in identifying operational gaps and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resource & Content Optimization: collaborate with student experience and academic teams to update FAQs, course support content, and assessment materials.
• Student Experience Enhancement: design initiatives to improve student engagement and retention, in coordination with SOE stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: bridge administrative, academic, and student-facing teams to align support workflows with institutional goals.
• General Administrative Support: provide daily operational, administrative, and record-keeping support across student services.
