Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a motivated Engagement Officer to design, implement, and manage initiatives that foster meaningful connections with employees and stakeholders.

You will lead engagement strategies, coordinate events, and collaborate with HR and operations, while tracking impact with KPIs. The role includes hybrid dayshift, health coverage, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in community management, employee engagement, PR or stakeholder relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building abilities; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Design, launch, and manage programs, campaigns, and events (digital and in-person).
• Create content for newsletters, intranet, social channels and direct communications.
• Coordinate town halls, workshops, and networking events; manage budgets and vendor relations.
• Develop KPIs, conduct surveys, analyze data, and report findings to leadership.
