Job summary

Eastvantage is hiring a Student Enrollment Assistant to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig for an initial six-month onsite period, then a transition to a work-from-home setup. You will handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and guide student applicants through the enrolment process.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BPO customer service experience, strong communication and data-entry skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year BPO experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, self-motivated, flexible.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Amenable to onsite arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig for six months, then WFH.

Responsibilities

• Make targeted outbound calls to student applicants to maximize confirmations and enrolments.
• Provide excellent customer service across multiple communication platforms.
• Maintain and provide information on all aspects of the application and enrolment process to student applicants.
• Respond to enquiries and assist students primarily via telephone, email, and chat.
• Adhere to pre-agreed service level commitments.
• Maintain data integrity protocols and ensure accurate records.
• Undertake other duties as required by the business.
