Job summary

Thames International School seeks a dedicated Student Affairs Manager in the Philippines to lead programs enhancing student engagement and belonging. You will collaborate with student leaders, faculty, and staff to sustain student-led initiatives and advocate for student interests across campus.

The role also covers residential life oversight, conduct processes, and retention-focused activities to support holistic student success.

Qualifications

Plan, organize, and oversee a diverse range of student events, clubs, and activities that cater to the interests and needs of the student body.
Collaborate with student leaders, campus organizations, and faculty advisors to support the development and sustainability of student-led initiatives and organizations.
Advocate for student interests and needs within the institution, working with faculty, administrators, and staff to promote student success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs, activities, and initiatives to enhance student engagement and sense of belonging.
Provide advocacy, support, and resources to address academic, personal, and social student needs.
Oversee administrative operations of residential life and housing services to create a safe living environment.
Administer student conduct processes and facilitate conflict resolution to uphold community standards.
Coordinate orientation programs and early academic engagement initiatives to support student success and retention.
