Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience; 2+ in a managerial role; education sector a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with tuition billing and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll, and GL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage tuition billing, financial aid, and collections.
• Lead payroll review and processing.
• Coach and develop finance team; liaise with leadership and regulators.
