Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in admissions, registrar, customer service, or academic administration.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in SIS or enrollment platforms.
• Leadership and people-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Review and verify submitted documents for authenticity and completeness.
• Oversee admission testing schedules and interviews; coordinate with academic units.
• Encode student information accurately into SIS; ensure data integrity.
• Implement and monitor admission policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, social media, or walk-ins.
• Provide orientation and guidance on admission procedures.
• Lead and train Admission Assistants, Coordinators, and frontline staff.
• Monitor admissions statistics and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Registrar, Guidance, and Academic Units.
• Participate in school events and recruitment activities.
• Recommend improvements to admissions procedures and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with DepEd, CHED, TESDA, and data privacy standards.
