Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions in Clark, Philippines, seeks a proactive coordinator to interpret client requirements and turn them into concise briefs for Senior Engineers and Team Leads.

You will act as a central point of coordination between the Director, Senior Engineers, clients, and project teams, ensuring information is captured, priorities are clear, and work moves forward with sound judgement while supporting day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication is highly desirable.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Space Gass or IDEA StatiCa.
• Knowledge of Tekla is preferable.
• Exceptional English reading comprehension and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client requirements, identify key actions and missing information.
• Interpret technical information and prepare clear briefs for Senior Engineers and Team Leads.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between the Director and Senior Engineering Team.
• Monitor incoming jobs, priorities, deadlines, and upcoming work.
• Follow up on outstanding actions, requirements, and deliverables.
• Provide the Director with concise updates on project status and issues.
• Manage document control, drawings revisions, and project records.
• Assist with information gathering, reporting, and day-to-day follow-ups.
• Coordinate project requirements with Senior Engineers and ensure clear communication.
• Identify gaps or issues in project information and seek clarification.
• Act as second-in-command to keep projects and teams organised.
• Provide CAD drafting support, including laser-cut drawings.
• Assist with basic structural engineering and technical tasks.
