• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, contractors and teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with documentation, reporting and tracking project budgets.
• Support procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings and follow up on actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards.
