Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. in Rodriguez, Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, technical, and coordination support for engineering and project execution activities.

You will act as the central liaison among engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, and construction, tracking deliverables, coordinating meetings, and helping develop recovery plans as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or project administration.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, utilities, or industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

TheProject Engineer provides administrative, technical, and coordinationsupport for engineering and project execution activities. This role serves asthe central point of communication between engineering disciplines, projectmanagement, procurement, and construction to ensure project deliverables arecompleted accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards.

Theposition is responsible for tracking engineering deliverables, coordinatingmeetings, monitoring project progress, and supporting project teams throughoutall phases of project execution.

THE ROLE

Project Coordination

• Coordinateengineering activities acrossmultidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor and track project schedules, milestones,and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance ofproject reports.
• Support project managers and lead engineers inday-to-day project activities.
• Follow up on action items to ensure timelycompletion.

Communication andStakeholder Coordination

• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, andrecord meeting minutes.
• Facilitate internal and external communicationsregarding project requirements and status updates.

Schedule and ProgressMonitoring

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor outstanding deliverables and identifypotential schedule risks.
• Support project teams in developing recovery planswhen required.

Procurement and VendorSupport

• Coordinate engineering deliverables required forprocurement activities.
• Follow up with contractors regarding outstandingtechnical documentation.
• Assist in maintaining procurement tracking reports.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure project activities comply with companyprocedures, standards, and quality requirements.
• Support project audits and document reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical,Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
• Additional project management certifications are anadvantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in projectcoordination, engineering support, or project administration.
• Experience working in engineering, construction,manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, utilities, or industrial projectspreferred.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineeringprojects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of engineering project lifecycle andproject execution processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management softwaresuch as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Understanding of document control systems andengineering documentation processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
