Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a civil/structural engineering professional to coordinate client briefs, manage document control, and assist with CAD tasks onsite. The role supports the Director and Seniors, ensuring timely information flow and accurate drawings.

Candidates should have a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and experience in structural steel fabrication, with strong English communication and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Space Gass or Ideastatica.
• Knowledge in Tekla is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional English reading comprehension and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing client emails, reports and drawings, summarizing requirements and identifying missing information.
• Preparing job briefs, coordinating priorities and following up with the Seniors in the team.
• Managing document control, drawing revisions, submissions and correspondence.
• Tracking incoming jobs, progress, deadlines and upcoming work, with regular concise updates to the Director.
• Assisting the Director with information gathering, reporting, correspondence and day-to-day follow-ups.
• Preparing occasional CAD drawings for laser cutting and assisting with basic engineering tasks.
• Act as second-in-command and coordinate projects with the Seniors in the Team.
• Provide executive support and technical coordination.
