Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. in Rodriguez, Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, technical, and coordination support for engineering and project execution activities.

You will act as the central liaison among engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, and construction, tracking deliverables, coordinating meetings, and helping develop recovery plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or project administration.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, utilities, or industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project reports.
• Support project managers and lead engineers in day-to-day project activities.
• Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
