Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to lead long- and medium-term forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple channels for a major Australian consumer telco. This onsite role in BGC, Taguig involves partnering with local and onshore/offshore teams to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.

You will build and refine demand models, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to shape future staffing and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in demand forecasting in large, complex environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
Experience with change management and business improvement in operational settings.

Responsibilities

Develop forecasts to ensure resources meet complex and dynamic operations across channels.
Monitor and enhance demand plans with a robust forecasting process.
Maintain demand models and assumptions for each contact type.
Collaborate with Channel Leadership to scope targets in forecast strategy.
Forecast workforce capacity to meet future organizational needs.
Provide data analysis and insights to improve forecasting and mitigate risks.
Coach leadership on trend analysis of call volumes and efficiency metrics.
Drive best-practice workforce improvements with measurable impact.
Lead workforce budget discussions during planning cycles.
