MicroSourcing is hiring a Workforce Planning Manager to lead long- and medium-term forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple channels in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring supply aligns with demand within budget, driving omnichannel insights, and partnering with transformation and onshore/offshore teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with demand forecasting and planning in large complex environments.
• People leadership experience and ability to build and lead teams.
• Experience in creating and managing complex forecast models.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts to ensure adequate resources for complex operations across channels.
• Monitor and improve demand plans under a formal planning framework.
• Manage the demand model and assumptions for each contact type.
• Collaborate with Channel Leadership for forecasting targets and strategy.
• Forecast workforce capacity and forecasted workloads across channels.
• Provide data analysis to support forecasting needs and mitigate risks.
• Coach stakeholders on workforce planning principles and trends.
• Drive best-practice implementation to optimise the workforce without impacting customers.
• Build and maintain cross-functional dependencies and communicate risks to stakeholders.
