Qualifications

• 5+ years in advanced Workforce Management & Planning.
• Experience building complex forecast models in large operations.
• Proven people leadership and mentoring ability.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive resourcing decisions and strategy using analytics to align capacity with demand.
• Lead the annual operating plan build, manpower budget process, and track performance with partners.
• Build and maintain complex workforce planning models for demand, capacity, productivity, skills, and location scenarios.
• Implement workforce planning technology solutions and AI-driven forecasting.
• Develop dynamic operational demand forecasts to meet service standards and targets.
• Identify and deliver workforce improvement opportunities with governance.
• Coach and lead the workforce management team and manage stakeholder relationships.
