Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig invites a Senior Demand Analyst to join our team supporting AU Consumer Telco operations. Onsite day shift, you will forecast demand, budget, and analyze performance across channels to ensure optimal staffing and customer service.

• Extensive experience with demand forecasting and planning in large, complex environments.
• People leadership experience and ability to lead teams.
• Experience creating and managing complex forecast models.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with change management and business improvement in operations.
• Influencing and negotiating skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts to ensure resources meet complex operations.
• Monitor and enhance workforce demand plans within budgets.
• Maintain an effective demand model and assumptions per contact type.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope targets in forecast strategy.
• Forecast workforce capacity and capability for future needs.
• Manage data on demand, capacity, leave, and work allocation.
• Support improvements and ensure sustainable operation to meet targets.
• Advise stakeholders on trend analysis of call volumes and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and mitigate risks.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Build manpower budgets during AOP with commercial input.
• Document and review forecasting processes with fit-for-purpose models.
