Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Demand Analyst to lead long- and medium-term workforce forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across channels in a Philippines-based delivery environment. This role partners with onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective supply and demand alignment within approved budgets.

You will drive omnichannel insights, coach stakeholders on planning principles, and leverage data analytics to shape current and future business efficiency.

• Demonstrated success in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with demand forecasting and planning in large complex environment.
• People leadership experience - demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.
• Experience in creating and managing complex forecast model.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise.
• Experience with change management and business improvement in an operational environment.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills that can be used at all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts to ensure enough resources for complex operations across channels.
• Monitor and enhance workforce demand plans with robust processes.
• Manage the demand model and assumptions for each contact type.
• Collaborate with Channels Leadership to scope demand forecast targets.
• Forecast workforce plans respecting labour agreements and capacity needs.
• Manage data needs and reporting on demand, capacity, leave, and work allocation.
• Support improvements and data analysis to achieve optimal results.
• Advise leadership on trend analysis of call volumes and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and mitigate risks.
• Build manpower budgets during the AOP process with cross-functional input.
• Communicate dependencies and risks across resources and stakeholders.
