Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Philippines seeks a Vendor Management Lead to oversee end-to-end management of third-party technology and service partners. You will build strong vendor relationships, drive contract governance, monitor SLAs, and optimize commercial outcomes aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to maximize partner performance, support revenue growth, and develop annual vendor plans and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in vendor/partner management or related roles.
• Experience handling technology vendors, distributors, principals, or enterprise solution providers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract management, vendor performance evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Sourcing & Selection: identify, evaluate, onboard third-party providers.
• Contract & Vendor Performance Management: manage life cycle of agreements, monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for vendors and partners.
• Business Development & Sales Support: collaborate with Product and Sales on joint plans with vendors.
• Program, Rebate & Incentive Management: oversee rebates and MDF programs.
• Marketing & Partner Enablement: work with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and enablement.
• Strategic Vendor Alignment: align vendor roadmaps with company strategy and quarterly planning.
