Job summary

HRTx Inc in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to lead sourcing, evaluation, onboarding of third-party vendors, and manage the lifecycle aligned with product and procurement needs.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement to support vendor-driven opportunities, optimize SLAs, and drive strategic vendor planning in a dynamic telecom environment. Onsite Monday–Friday with a focus on collaboration and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in vendor or partnership management.
• Minimum 2 years in people leadership or team management.
• Experience in telecom or large-scale technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and selection of third-party vendors in alignment with product and procurement requirements.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including contracts, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring against SLAs.
• Serve as primary liaison for vendor relationships, ensuring alignment on business objectives and joint initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement to support vendor-driven sales opportunities and enablement programs.
• Drive strategic vendor planning, including business reviews and alignment of partner roadmaps with company priorities.
