Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Associate Director – Global Procurement to lead procurement and strategic sourcing across key categories. You will drive cost efficiency, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure compliant, governance-driven operations.

You will manage regional/international procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract lifecycle, while collaborating with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver measurable savings and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Strong experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Regional or international procurement experience is an advantage.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing across assigned categories.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals and cost targets.
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
