Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Market Access Manager in Metro Manila to develop and execute market access strategies across Philippine healthcare channels.

You will lead pricing, reimbursement, and value communication efforts while collaborating with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Finance teams. The role requires navigating government and institutional access pathways within a dynamic policy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Health Economics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare market access, pricing, or related functions.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with institutional, government, procurement, payer/healthcare financing, or hospital stakeholders is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine pharmaceutical environment and market access dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and medium-term market access strategies aligned with objectives.
• Assess access barriers by product, therapeutic area, channel, customer segment, and geography.
• Develop market access plans for priority brands and launches; maintain roadmaps and milestones.
• Develop recommendations on pricing, reimbursement, procurement, and policy changes.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing, volume, margin trade-offs; support access submissions.
