Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Market Access Manager to develop and execute strategies that ensure timely, sustainable access to pharmaceutical products in the Philippines.

You will lead pricing, reimbursement, and institutional access initiatives across healthcare channels, working with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams. You will monitor policy developments, build stakeholder relationships, and translate evidence into value propositions and actionable market access plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Health Economics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare market access or related functions.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with institutional/government access and reimbursement mechanisms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Philippine pharmaceutical and healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and medium-term market access strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess access barriers by product, therapeutic area, channel, customer segment, and geography.
• Develop market access plans for priority brands, launches, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Lead pricing strategy development and conduct price benchmarking and affordability assessments.
• Support reimbursement, formulary, and access submissions with clinical and economic evidence.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on access issues.
• Build stakeholder maps and relationships with government agencies, hospitals, and procurement bodies.
• Monitor healthcare policy and market developments and provide timely management recommendations.
• Translate evidence into stakeholder-specific value messages and business cases.
• Develop launch-readiness and access plans for new products.
• Maintain market access dashboards and reports.
