Job summary

DHL Germany in the Philippines is seeking a Vendor Operations Assistant to maintain the vendor database and support vendor retention for multiple customers. You will act as KPI scorekeeper in vendor performance reviews and coordinate onboarding training with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will also monitor fuel price movements, assist in rewards/penalties administration, and help drive efficiency programs and cost savings across the vendor team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update database of vendors to support vendor retention for different customers of DSSI
• Act as scorekeeper in the performance reviews (KPI) with different vendors of DSSI
• Liase with different departments and third party suppliers (GPS provider, mobile company, etc.) o providing full training to vendors for readiness and onboarding of new vendors
• Regularly update the fuel cost movement via DOE releases of fuel pump price index
• Assist vendor manager in the administration of rewards and penalty program as appropriate
• Support a pipeline for efficiency and savings program of the vendor team
