Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Vendor Support professional to maintain and update the vendor database, supporting vendor retention for a diverse set of DSSI customers, and to act as the KPI scorekeeper in performance reviews with our vendor partners.

You will liaise with multiple departments and third-party suppliers to train vendors for readiness and onboarding, monitor fuel cost movements via DOE price indices, and assist in rewards/penalties and efficiency initiatives

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update database of vendors to support vendor retention for different customers of DSSI
• Act as scorekeeper in the performance reviews (KPI) with different vendors of DSSI
• Liaise with different departments and third party suppliers (GPS provider, mobile company, etc.) to provide full training to vendors for onboarding of new vendors
• Regularly update the fuel cost movement via DOE releases of fuel pump price index
• Assist vendor manager in the administration of rewards and penalty program as appropriate
• Support a pipeline for efficiency and savings program of the vendor team
