Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking an operations assistant to generate reports from Oracle and ensure POD encoding is completed on time. You will support the Transport Operations Supervisor by following up with carriers on incomplete/incorrect DOT reports and validating courier updates, while maintaining high attendance reliability.

Willingness to be stationed in Pulo, Cabuyao and staying physically fit are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Excel.
• At least HS Graduate.
• Willing to be assigned in Pulo, Cabuyao.
• Physically fit to work.

Responsibilities

• Generates reports from Oracle.
• Encodes all POD on time.
• Support supervisor in following-up with carriers on incomplete/incorrect DOT reports.
• Validates carrier delivery updates.
• Ensure to meet 98% attendance reliability.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Transport Operations Supervisor.
