Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a capable Logistics and Supply Chain professional to oversee stock integrity, transfers, and daily operations. You will drive cycle counts, inventory matching, and discrepancy investigation while coordinating with teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics/SCM, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel. This is an on-site position with a focus on accurate, timely execution of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in People Management.
• Experience in Customer Management.
• Experience in Order booking and management.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to support team tasks when needed.
• Good attendance record.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Determine stock needs for transfer from other building and site transfer (STO).
• Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies, damages to minimize financial losses.
• Request for Adjustment of inventory for any discrepancies.
• Monitor the ageing report.
• Conduct Inventory matching from MAWM and Oracle.
• Request for edit with JSU OM.
• Process all TR for Inbound, STO, Customization.
• Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA.
• Provides Operations status, reports and analyst.
