Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing and validation of Cherwell tickets.
• Update trackers and monitoring sheets accordingly.
• Perform processes according to requirements.
• Comply with legal provisions relevant to operation area.
• Handle document updating, collection, sorting and archiving.
• Execute other official orders related to the tasks.
