Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Planner to forecast truck requirements and synchronize schedules across warehouse teams based in Bulacan. You will optimize capacity, coordinate with 3PLs, and map backloads to reduce deadhead.

Responsibilities include performance tracking on costs and on-time departures, plus planning for peak seasons like major sales events. A strong emphasis on data analysis and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in truck routing, fleet operations or logistics planning.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets with advanced data handling; SQL/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create daily and weekly truck capacity plans based on parcel volumes.
• Coordinate schedules with warehouse teams to align departures with sorting.
• Follow up with 3PLs to ensure timely truck arrivals.
• Monitor truck space utilization and plan backloads to reduce empty trips.
• Prepare for peak seasons with extra truck supply and backup routes.
• Develop and maintain cost and utilization tracking reports for management.
