Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operations Planner to join the Davao Regional Distribution Center. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize order waving, load planning, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires releasing tasks in the WMS, coordinating with supervisors, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring on-time dispatch while maintaining accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years in warehouse ops, logistics planning, dispatch planning, or supply chain.
• Experience with WMS, order management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily order waving activities based on schedules.
• Release picking, replenishment, and inventory movement in WMS.
• Monitor order progress and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisors to balance workload.
• Develop efficient load plans to maximize vehicle utilization.
• Monitor outbound shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Track KPIs and report on performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and inventory teams on priorities.
