Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Logistics Planner to oversee truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring, schedule callouts and execution, and coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include analyzing routes for efficiency, running simulations for productivity, generating reports, and supporting cost‑effective projects. Degree in logistics or related field and strong analytical, communication, and Google Sheets skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in transportation logistics; linehaul operations a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
• Effective communication with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Suites.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and real-time tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring.
• Manage truck schedule, callouts and execution.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and stakeholders for route assignments.
• Monitor truck whereabouts based on scheduled routes.
• Execute optimized route schedules considering distance, time and requirements.
• Run simulations and models for productivity improvement.
• Generate measurable reports and drive performance to excellence.
• Support cost-efficient and effective projects for SPX.
• Review truck attendance weekly and monthly.
• Perform duties assigned by reporting manager.
