Job summary

You will work to ensure real-time adjustments and maintain strong relationships with 3PL vendors. You will schedule daily call times, handle payment processes, coordinate with agency coordinators, and communicate with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrivals and departures effectively to reduce idle time with real-time adjustments.
• Develop optimal truck routing and strategies to maximize route efficiency and truck utilization while minimizing costs.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with 3PL vendors in line with day-to-day Ops.
• Ensure consistent truck availability for transporting orders to hubs.
• Schedule daily truck call times, considering RC throughput and loading dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.
