Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven distributor, channel or indirect market management experience.
• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions or government healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country strategy & business plans to meet revenue, growth and profitability targets.
• Lead distributor and partner performance, build collaborative relationships, and drive market growth.
• Engage surgeons, audiologists, and healthcare professionals; develop strategic account plans for key hospitals and centres.
