Medtronic Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative II to expand our market presence across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

You will engage physicians, procurement teams, distributors, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and commercial growth within an assigned territory. The role requires frequent travel in the Philippines, strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales objectives in medical device environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and five years of sales experience in medical device/healthcare.
• Experience selling to hospitals, physicians, procurement and distributors.
• Proven ability to meet sales objectives and grow market share.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines for territory coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed territory revenue objectives through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product utilization and market share.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and provide product solutions that support clinical and operational objectives.
• Deliver product education, training, and clinical support to customers per policy and regulations.
• Analyze market conditions and trends to inform territory planning and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and R&D to communicate customer insights and business needs.
