Job summary

Medtronic Philippines is seeking a Sales Representative II to drive territory growth, strengthen partnerships with healthcare institutions, and expand product utilization. This role requires collaboration with physicians, procurement teams, and distributors to execute sales strategies and deliver clinical education.

The position involves frequent travel within the Philippines to engage customers, develop accounts, and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related clinical sales environments.
• Ability to travel within the Philippines required for territory coverage.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned territory revenue objectives through effective account planning, opportunity management, and sales execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and other key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand product utilization and grow market share.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and provide product solutions that support clinical and operational objectives.
• Deliver product education, training, and clinical support to customers in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Analyze market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to support territory planning and market development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Operations, and Research and Development to communicate customer insights and business needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and territory activity plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
