Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in tender writing, bid management or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant tender opportunities on government portals and platforms.
• Assess opportunities for scope, eligibility, and deadlines.
• Prepare bid/no-bid assessments and recommendations to management.
• Register and maintain supplier profiles on procurement platforms.
• Review RFTs/RFQs/RFPs/EOIs and develop compliance matrices.
• Write tailored responses covering methodology, delivery, timelines and value for money.
• Prepare supporting documents like capability statements, case studies and pricing schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational and commercial information.
• Ensure submissions are complete and lodged on time.
