HUADING INDUSTRIES CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time remote role focuses on tendering, procurement support, and bid documentation, with a work-from-home setup and hours 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM.

You will search for bidding opportunities, prepare and submit complete tender documents, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams, ensure deadlines and compliance, and maintain a live tenders database with regular progress

Qualifications

• Fluent in English communication
• At least 1 year experience in tendering, bidding, procurement support, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and document checking skills
• Knowledgeable in bid documentation and compliance requirements
• Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple deadlines
• Can work independently in a remote setup
