Job summary

Spinvirtualsolutions, a Sydney-based web design and development agency, seeks an experienced Bid and Proposal Specialist to identify, qualify, prepare, and submit tender responses for government and public-sector projects. You will manage end-to-end tender processes, ensure compliance with submission requirements, and develop compelling proposals that address evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tender writing, bid management or similar roles.
• Excellent written English with clear, professional content and Australian spelling.
• Ability to develop compliance matrices and manage multiple tenders with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities by monitoring procurement portals and websites.
• Assess opportunities against scope, eligibility, criteria, risks and deadlines.
• Prepare bid/no-bid assessments and recommendations.
• Register and maintain supplier profiles across platforms.
• Review RFTs, RFQs, RFPs and EOIs.
• Develop compliance matrices to meet mandatory requirements.
• Write tailored responses covering methodology, delivery, timelines, risk, value.
• Prepare capability statements, case studies, team CVs and pricing schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for information.
• Manage submissions and lodgement confirmations to ensure on-time bids.
