Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our recruiting team in Cebu City.

You will source qualified candidates for multiple openings using JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels, and conduct active and passive searches. This role requires strong knowledge of online recruitment, Boolean search, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and prepare sourcing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Management, or related field.
• Recruitment or sourcing experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of online recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Boolean search and social media sourcing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for various job openings.
• Utilize JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct active and passive candidate sourcing through online platforms.
• Create compelling job advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
• Perform Boolean and keyword searches to identify potential candidates.
• Review and evaluate resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and qualification checks.
• Build and maintain an active candidate database and talent pool.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain candidate engagement.
• Track sourcing results, applicant volume, and recruitment progress.
• Prepare recruitment reports and sourcing performance updates.
