Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

You will help maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring recruitment activities, documentation, and reports are properly managed. You will source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, social media, events; conduct screenings and interviews; coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers; and maintain accurate records and regular recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/Management/Psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer, onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Professional, honest, and transparent in dealings.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, social media platforms, career events, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a pool of prospective candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Review applications and evaluate resumes based on the requirements established for each position.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to identify candidates who meet the position requirements.
• Facilitate face-to-face interviews and assist in assessing candidates for various job openings.
• Coordinate with recruiters, department representatives, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and other candidate engagement events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, including candidate sources, hiring progress, fallout rates, and other recruitment metrics.
• Update recruitment trackers and submit recruitment reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide timely updates regarding their application status.
