Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing function, design strategies to attract, identify, and engage qualified candidates, and oversee pipelines across channels. You will partner with Recruitment and Hiring teams to ensure a high-quality talent flow that supports multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build and coach a team of sourcers, set targets, monitor performance, and continuously improve sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing.
• Experience leading a sourcing team and managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, Boolean search, and market research techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities.
• Lead, coach, and set objectives for the sourcing team.
• Identify and build candidate pipelines across channels; manage talent communities.
