Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing and recruitment marketing team in Pasig. You will design proactive recruitment strategies, attract a diverse workforce, and work to meet hiring goals through data-driven decisions.

You will manage a team of sourcing specialists, collaborate with recruiters and vendors, and present recruitment analytics to leadership to guide workforce planning. Experience in BPO and hands-on leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition
• 3–5 years hands-on leadership in recruitment
• Experience in BPO; 2+ years managing teams of 5+
• Technical knowledge; familiarity with ecommerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft
• Ability to generate reports from ATS; strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sourcing specialists and own daily leadership of the sourcing/recruitment marketing team
• Design and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
• Develop candidate pipelines using creative sourcing ideas and specialized marketing approaches
• Generate and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management
• Network with recruitment vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address hiring needs and ensure alignment
• Provide consultation to business leaders on sourcing strategy and market trends
