Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to attract and drive candidate traffic to meet hiring needs.

The role focuses on evaluating opportunities, coordinating external sourcing teams, and executing both traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities to build a robust talent pipeline. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with BPO sourcing experience, and must be able to work onsite at Buendia, Makati with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required (Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent).
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience as Sourcing Associate/Specialist in a BPO setting preferred.

• Attract and drive applicant traffic to meet headcount requirements.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible for attracting and driving the right applicant traffic into VXI to meet headcount requirements.

• Evaluate opportunities for both strategic and tactical sourcing opportunities both local and provincial.

• Manage the external sourcing teams to deliver the Share of Hire required from each external channel.

• Plan and execute traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities

• Develop market intelligence of the industry, focusing on compiling a database of talent profiles, talent competencies and skills, talent locations, pay scale and benefits package, etc.

• Plan, submit and defend budget proposals for any and all external sourcing activities justified by yield and cost per hire per activity

• Participate in capacity planning for current and future hiring

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• Preferably with working experience as Sourcing Associate/Specialist in a BPO setting

• Must be amenable to work onsite in Buendia, Makati

• Must have good command of the English language
