Job summary

Proven sourcing experience across Asia Pacific markets.
Ability to map and engage talent at multiple levels.

Experience with ATS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
Source candidates through internet, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, alumni, social media, and internal databases.
Attend initial briefings with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Communicate IQVIA brand proposition to candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and qualify candidates for next steps.
Map talent within competitive landscapes, analyzing structures and availability for opportunities.
Utilize third-party talent mapping services and integrate insights into market maps.
Provide external marketplace intelligence to TA team and stakeholders.
Plan and execute networking events to enhance employer brand visibility.
Develop detailed reports and provide regular updates on sourcing activities and pipelines.
Participate in skills training and share sourcing tips in team meetings.
