Qualifications

• Must have good command of the English language.
• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and/or postgraduate degree in a related field.
• Preferably with experience as a Sourcing Associate/Specialist in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities

• Attract and drive applicant traffic to meet headcount requirements.
• Evaluate local and provincial sourcing opportunities.
• Manage external sourcing teams to deliver the share of hire from each external channel.
• Plan and execute traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities.
• Develop market intelligence on talent profiles, competencies, locations, pay scales and benefits.
• Plan, submit and defend budget proposals for external sourcing activities.
• Participate in capacity planning for current and future hiring.
