Philippine Batteries Incorporated is seeking an experienced Talent Management lead to drive planning and implementation of TM programs aligned with business goals. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify talent gaps and design development interventions.

You'll lead Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Talent Assessments, analyze data to support workforce decisions, and develop dashboards and reports for management review.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Management or related functions.
• Experience in Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Talent Assessment.
• Experience in developing and implementing Talent Management programs.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS or Talent Management systems preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-business org is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and implementation of Talent Management programs and initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Lead Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, including identification of critical roles, high-potential employees, and successors.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent gaps and development needs and recommend interventions.
• Lead design and implementation of talent assessment and identification processes.
• Analyze talent data and provide insights and recommendations to support talent and workforce decisions.
• Oversee individual development and succession plans and monitor progress of actions.
• Develop and maintain Talent Management reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
• Develop and continuously improve Talent Management frameworks, policies, processes, and tools.
• Monitor the effectiveness of Talent Management programs and recommend improvements based on results and feedback.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on Talent Management practices and trends.
• Ensure proper handling of confidential employee information.
• Provide guidance to team members and support other OD initiatives as assigned.
